Casa Palm Tiki – 240 5th Street, Key Colony Beach, Florida

Classic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.  Master Bedroom has ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed oversized shower.  Two bedrooms have queen beds.  One bedroom has a full size bed.

House was completely renovated.  New kitchen, new bathrooms, new furnishings and new paint.  New central air conditioning as well as backup bedroom air conditioning units (we want you to be comfortable!)  Lovely decor will make you feel like you are on an island vacation retreat!

Large living space has comfortable seating where you can enjoy the water view through a large bank of windows.  The pool table shares the living space, with easy view of the oversized flatscreen tv.

Large dining space with round table and 6 chairs plus two more chairs at the dining bar.

Kitchen has stainless appliances.  The large refrigerator freezer has plenty of capacity and ice-making capability.  (and there is an extra freezer for bait and additional items in the room off the living area).

Washer and Dryer are extra large capacity and enclosed in a laundry closet just off the living area.

There are tv’s in every bedroom, as well.

High Speed Internet, two networks, included with your rental at no charge.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook, or forget that and enjoy of the many award-winning restaurants of Key Colony Beach and Marathon.  There are plenty of wine and champagne glasses and plenty of plastic items so you can enjoy your drinks outside without risk of breakage.

Outdoors you will find a dining table and benches, several chaise lounges, large umbrella and a tiki hut with bar overlooking the water. The tiki hut also has comfortable chairs and loveseat and tables.  The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, complete with fruit trees and plenty of palm trees and tropical plants.

The dock is large enough for a 35 ft boat and the deep water dock makes it easy to keep your boat handy for fishing or a sunset cruise.  Easy access to both the ocean and the gulf.

The dock is complete with fish cleaning station and water and electric service.  You can also fish off the dock (we provide fishing gear for your enjoyment!)
