I offer a wide variety of vacation rental properties throughout the Dominican Republic. Some are ‘all inclusive’. This means that you have unlimited access to a
ll of the VIP amenities of the resort during your entire stay, including all of the restaurants and bars, by paying a flat per-person, per-night fee when you check-in. Once you pay these fees you pay nothing for food, beverages, services and entertainment during your entire stay. There are no other taxes or fees. Participation in the all inclusive plan is mandatory at the all-inclusive resorts.
The resort properties I offer in Punta Cana and Cabarete DO NOT require all inclusive fees but the others do.
All of the resorts offer free transport to and from the local airports
The most robust plan is at the Lifestyle Holidays Resort in Puerto Plata because the resort is huge and there are over 30 restaurants and bars, as well as several beaches and several VIP pools.

For a limited time I am including BLACK SHAREHOLDER bands to guests for all of the accommodations: suites, villas or my own exclusive Royal Villa 10. (Normally I offer GOLD VIP….the Black Shareholder bands are one-level above those) When you stay in Royal Villa 10 you also have the opportunity to pay for an upgrade to White Chairman privileges which are the highest possible level and give you access to everything on property as well as the off-property Chairman’s beach and DOME properties and their beaches, pools, restaurants, bars and other amenities. For example, the DOME is an entertainment center that includes the exclusive OCEAN restaurant, the Cafe Del Mar restaurant and pool, the marina, the Cigar Club, the Nightclub, the casino, and the Show Room.
Refer to the pages for each of the accommodation options to see the specific price for the all inclusive for that accommodation. Fees for suites are lower than for villas even though you get access to the same amenities. With the villas you get a private inground pool, daily breakfast in your villa prepared by your chef and maid, and a golf cart. These are things you don’t get with the suites.
