We know that pets are important members of the family and many guests request information about our pet policy for our Key Colony Beach houses. We permit dogs (number depends upon the size and breed), but cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
The following policies apply when you bring a dog to the property:
- There is a fee when you bring a dog. That must be paid prior to your arrival ($200 to $250 depending upon the size of your dog)
- You are responsible for always having your dog on a leash when outside. The yard is NOT fenced, and the city of Key Colony Beach requires that all dogs be on leashes at all times.
- Your dog is not permitted to be left outside alone. An adult must be always with your dog.
- Inside, please do not permit your dog on any furnishings at any time
- If you leave your dog alone in the house, then your dog must be crated (do not close your dog in any room). If you do not have a crate, contact the owner to obtain one. There is a $50 rental fee for a crate.
- If you plan to be out of the house for an extended period of time, please contact the owner who will provide pet sitter options for you.
