Royal Villa 10 is my own personal villa that I offer to guests 84 days a year. It is a special experience, one that offers guests luxury, fun and comfort.
Located within the Lifestyle Holidays Resort in Puerto Plata, Royal Villa 10 has 6 VERY large bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, an oversized in-ground pool, a large outdoor jacuzzi, waterfall, outdoor kitchen and pool table. A sweeping two-story foyer welcomes your arrival and ushers you into two separate wings of living space.
Royal Villa 10 is centrally located within the resort offering easy walks to the best restaurants, the VIP Pool area, Tennis Courts, and Entertainment. The villa sits on a 10,000 square foot property. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and overlooks the massive pool and lovely landscape of the private backyard.
Whether you want a rich morning treat of pastry and flavored coffee at the Vienna Coffee House or a nightcap of the finest liquor at a roof top bar at Azul, you can have it within just a few short steps of your villa. Your rental includes Black Shareholder privileges throughout the resort. This is a higher level than any guest can get with a regular rental within the resort. And the ultimate, White Chairman Privileges are available as an upgrade.

Prices:Â The villa is $600/night or $4200/week except for Christmas/New Years when it is $800/night or $5600/week
All Inclusive Fee:Â $85/night per person over 11 years of age, $42.50/night per person age 3-11, free for anyone under age 3
Resort fee: $15 per night per person over 11 years of age, free to anyone under age 12
White Chairman Band Upgrade: This gives you access to The DOME entertainment area which houses a Cigar Bar, Disco, Club Room Casino, The Ocean Restaurant and Café Del Mar and the Pool Club overlooking the Marina. You also have access to the exclusive Chairman’s Beach, Sea La Vie and the Saffron Restaurant, and the Chairman’s Lounge within the resort.
