How Maryhouse Vacation Rentals is responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic
What can guests a MaryHouse properties expect?
Our goal is to provide our guests with environments that are sanitized and disinfected, giving you the assurance that you can travel to our locations and feel safe. We are doing a number of things to make that possible:
Outside of the US
All of the properties we offer are within all-inclusive resorts. The resorts have provided special training to their cleaning and service staff in the use of protective gear (gloves, masks, etc.) and protocol (e.g. use of hand sanitizer, booties on shoes when inside properties), and in the use of disinfecting products and tools.
The resorts are all using special fogging machines in the guest rooms between each guest. The VIP Service representatives and Concierge staff members are speaking with guests each day to ensure that they have and are using the hand sanitizers being provided, in the guest rooms and in the various venues, especially for large resort-sponsored activities. If a guest indicates that they do not feel well during their stay, for any reason, the resort will bring the fogger into their suite or villa to ensure that any new contaminants are eliminated immediately.
The disinfectants being used a certified to be safe for children and details about them are available from the resort staff. They are effective on not only the Human Corona Virus but also on bedbugs, noro virus, and other infectants.
